Bite by Night is an asymmetrical survival horror game where survivors must work together to stay alive until 6 AM while a killer hunts them down. Every match mixes stealth, teamwork, and panic in the dark. Because apparently being chased by animatronics is what counts as recreation now.

Some killers rely on speed and constant pressure, while others are better at sneaking up on survivors or controlling parts of the map. Springtrap is designed for direct chases and can force survivors into corners, while the Mimic is more deceptive and punishes players who stop paying attention. If you are playing as the killer, understanding your abilities is essential. Strong killers know when to patrol generators, when to chase, and when to wait for survivors to make a mistake. Since humans are remarkably talented at panicking under pressure, that mistake usually arrives sooner than expected.
The match becomes more intense as the clock gets closer to morning. Survivors need to decide whether to keep repairing generators, rescue teammates, or hide until the final seconds. At the same time, the killer becomes more aggressive because there is less time left to stop everyone from escaping. Good players are mindful of the clock and understand when to take risks. Occasionally the smartest choice is to stay hidden. Other times, you need to run across the map and finish the final generator before the killer reaches you. Most rounds end with complete chaos, a lot of screaming, and one survivor somehow escaping by pure luck. Which, inconveniently, still counts as skill in multiplayer games.
